Summary:
Assist in a line management capacity, administering company policies, procedures, functions, and activities in the Equity Plan Advisory Services group. Applicant will have knowledge of all phases of EPAS Operations processing within the established short and long-term departmental objectives.
Applicant will work closely with senior management, Branch Office Manager and EPAS business partners to facilitate trading, cashiering, risk management, settlement, forms processing and reconciliation projects.
Work is performed under the general guidance of the Director and in accordance with sound accounting principles, regulations, and legally mandated reporting standards. Position resolves departmental reporting and balancing discrepancies or other issues of financial control involving financial transactions, which have a direct impact on the group.
Work closely with the EPAS Product Group, Branch Network and Service Group to ensure the timely processing of transactions and Services.
Essential Functions:
Recommend and implement measures to improve performance and increase processing efficiency.
Oversee Nashville team to ensure compliance with daily workload
Provide assistance to Associates and Senior Representatives (Weehawken and Nashville) in all aspects of processing.
Support the implementation of effective internal control practices, training and evaluation.
Strong problem solving skills. Individual must plan, direct and coordinate risk, exposure and reconciliation.
Applicant must be self motivated and have the ability to work autonomously without supervision.
Rethink and reconfigure current processes, constantly strive to improve current process.
