My client, a stable, growing, and dynamic public accounting firm in Nashville with exclusive music industry and high profile clients, is seeking to add a Tax Manager to their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a Sr. Tax Accountant looking to make the next step.
Responsibilities of the Tax Manager:
The Tax Manager is responsible for preparation and review of individual, partnership, corporate, nonprofit and fiduciary tax returns, accounting (compilations, reviews) and related projects, working for assigned clients, including participating in the planning process for engagements; coordinating activities with clients; supervising the performance of paraprofessionals and staff accountants, reviewing work papers and financial statements; presenting results to clients' management; and participating in the billing and collection process.
Experience preferred for the Tax Manager:
4 years or more current tax compliance experience in public accounting
CPA
Bachelors and/or Master's degree in Accounting /Master of Taxation preferred
Tax compliance review experience with individuals, partnerships, corporations and non-profitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
