AIG Staff Counsel has an opportunity in its new Nashville area office for a Legal Support Technician . The office will handle casualty and worker''s compensation litigation in Tennessee.
Key responsibilities for this position include general clerical duties, including but not limited to, maintaining the electronic files, processing and set up of all new files; processing incoming and outgoing mail, monitoring and saving of incoming faxes, filing of paper documents, copying, scanning and miscellaneous legal support duties. 1-2 years general office experience
Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications
Must be organized and able to multi-task

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
