Overview:
The Support Analyst is responsible for resolving technical issues from clients and internal employees. This person must be a problem solver and able to quickly address client issues and create solutions. This person must have excellent customer service skills as well as written communication skills.

Requirements:
2+ years of professional technical support experience
Must be comfortable troubleshooting Linux servers and related technologies
Must be strong with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, and/or PostgreSQL
Understanding of FTP and data transfer is highly desired
Any development background in Python, Java, C++, and/or JavaScript is a huge plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
