As a Customer Service Representative , you will answer phones to respond to customers reporting new losses or calls on existing claims. Project a professional company image through phone interaction.
Answer phones for all customers.
Assist customers via proper procedure.
Obtain information regarding a claim via AS400 format.
Mail letters requested by adjusters.
Enter claims received via mail, email for faxes into the AS400.
Computer literate with the ability to learn AS400 functions.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Professional verbal communication skills.
Good telephone manner to enhance relationships with customers.
Job involves sitting, with structured time schedule, working in front of a computer screen.
Must speak Spanish.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
