The Americas Product Deployment team implements, integrates, and maintains the end-to-end travel technology solutions.
The Americas Product Deployment team is seeking customer centric, technology savvy and innovative individuals to join our team.
This role is responsible for capturing client requirements, identifying technology solutions, delivering these technology solutions, ensuring end-to-end quality and operational performance. In this role, you will be working with clients, internal client managers, product team, technology developers, and technology vendors.
Deployment Project Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Consults with customers on available product options for online booking tools, HR feeds, single sign on, pre-trip auditor, mobility, gamification, portal and profile technologies
Owns end-to-end project management lifecycle to deliver technology solutions to our customers
Strictly adheres to all aspects of project management protocol to control cost
Makes technology recommendations in support of customer and business goals
Ensure technology solutions are configured properly against customer requirements and are working as designed
Manage multiple projects to deliver within agreed upon scope, cost and timeline
Review current procedures and implement changes to improve quality and customer satisfaction
Adhere to customer contractual agreements and legal compliance requirements
Ability to work with ambiguous definition or requirements and recommend tangible solutions
Collaborate with team members and business partners across global American Express GBT locations
## Qualifications
2+ years of project management experience
Prior experience working with vendors and / or external clients throughout project lifecycle is preferred
CAPM / PMP certification is preferred
Knowledge of Concur / GetThere online booking tool, HR feed and SSO capabilities preferred
Knowledge of pre-trip auditor, portal profile, gamification and mobility product capabilities preferred
Knowledge of corporate travel industry in order to interpret customer's travel policy, program goals and make sound technology recommendations preferred
Strong negotiation, consulting skills and ability to influence without direct authority
Comfortable with ambiguity within technical landscape yet still able to recommend win/win strategies
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office products; MS Project, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook and Visio preferred
Axcess@Home Requirements:
Dedicated work space must be within own residence and that follows the ergonomic and safety guidelines for performing travel counselor duties
Axcess@Home Agent is responsible for supplying their own furniture; desk with lockable drawer or separate lockable file cabinet, chair, document shredder, smoke detector in proximity of work area, and fire extinguisher
Axcess@Home Agent must complete Flexible Work Arrangement Application and Agreement
Axcess@Home Agent must complete and meet the requirements of the Work Environment and Safety Assessment
High speed internet capability with at least 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload speeds: DSL or Cable (no wireless or satellite ISP's are permitted)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
