We are searching for an experienced Business Development Manager with Information Technology Consulting sales experience to identify opportunities in the Nashville market for our company to deliver technology solutions.
We are a values-based start-up, technology company with a proven history of success in the Nashville market. We are a select team of individuals focused on expanding market share and long term client success. Our services include consulting, contract, and direct placement.



This position requires the following:
3-5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in the technology industry
(we are NOT looking for individuals who come from large, high volume - low margin companies that don't value a strategic approach to selling).
Ability to sell consultatively by listening to client needs and shaping a shared solution for clients
Ability to be tactical and strategic, helping clients navigate through needs analyses
Solid track record of closing deals and keeping long term relationships
Must be able to generate IT Staffing, Consulting and Project Engagements quickly and consistently.
Have established contacts with Technology decision makers in TN, KY, GA, NC and SC
Experience in proposal development, RFPs and SOWs
Strong Communication and Presentation skills/development, and delivery to all levels of management, IT Managers and Product Managers

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
