About The Company
My client, a leader in hospital care across the U.S., is looking to add an ADP Payroll Processor to their team at their south Nashville location. This company boasts great benefits and work/life balance.
Responsibilities of the Payroll Processor:
Reviews audit reports for accuracy of information
Verifies the accuracy of the checks and reports from ADP
Downloads reports for review and forwards to appropriate personnel
Performs necessary research on payroll issues as needed
Interacts with physician practices, hospital and home office staff, retirement and other vendor representatives regarding payroll issues
Performs necessary research on outstanding issues
Maintains and stores all permanent employee data related to payroll
Adds all new hires and maintenance data
Prepare bi-weekly or other payroll for multiple sites and states using ADP products including but not limited to: Kronos, TimeSaver, PayForce, Quickview, I-Reports, I-Pay and ADP Reporting
Maintains confidentiality of payroll data at all times
Creates additional reports from Infoview or ADP Reporting for distribution as requested
Assists in the training of and acts as a resource for other payroll processors
Assists in the training of and acts as a resource for other staff
Qualifications of the Payroll Processor:
Must have experience using ADP payroll for multiple states and legal entities
Minimum two years payroll experience
Knowledge of ADP Software including; PayForce, ADP Reporting and/or Ipay
Intermediate Excel knowledge
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
