Projects will range from small to large and be integrated advertising solutions. The Account Supervisor will be responsible for meeting all facets of client expectations and be able to manage scope of multiple concurrent projects on all levels from strategy to budgets. #### What You Need for this Position
5
years of previous experience as an Account executive or higher with an advertising agency or equivalent
5
years of digitally focused advertising experience
SEM, PPC, email marketing, A/B testing experience a strong plus
Experience managing others, yet able to roll up their sleeves and be hands-on
Ability to cultivate long term client relationships
A verifiable track record of managing large scale client initiatives
Proven ability to negotiate complex multi-phased engagement contracts
Ability to prepare new business pitches and proposals
Management experience with various levels of creative, account and technical staff
Excellent written and verbal skills
Be a flexible and collaborative team player
B2B and B2C experience a HUGE plus.
