Customer Service Supervisor:
A progressive Nashville company seeks experienced call center or customer service department supervisor for professional capacity managing day-to-day delivery of telephone based service to growing customer base. Position involves managing a team of CSR's handling business accounts including taking telephone-based orders, keying into computer system, and fulfillment and coordination of customer requests. In addition, this person will be responsible for relationship management with key accounts. Qualified candidates will have the ability to handle multiple challenges, communicate effectively with various levels of customer and co-worker contacts, and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
