Nashville office seeks corporate transactions staff attorney having 3-5 years of experience in one or more transactional areas. The candidate will work with lawyers throughout the firm on a wide variety of matters across different practice areas and industries. Specific responsibilities will include contract reviews, due diligence, formation of legal entities, preparation of routine Board resolutions and organizational documents, legal research, and other duties as may be assigned. Must be a member of, or be eligible to become a member of, the Tennessee State Bar.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
