Due to the rapid expansion of their practice, they are seeking to identify a Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle Operations to lead the operations and startup of a CBO. The salary range is $160k-$250k with bonus.

Responsibilities for the Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle Operations:
This leadership position will manage the operations of various outsourcing activities (including but not limited to account resolution for credit balances, denials, small balances and underpayments) of the staff and third party vendors. This leader will devise methodology, interact with clients, determine workflow, integrate with technology resources and direct the activities of a growing department of analysts and account follow-up staff.
Qualifications for the Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle Operations
Minimum of 10 years of experience with hospital revenue cycle operations.
Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills - with an entrepreneurial attitude
Bachelor's degree required, Masters/MBA a plus
Overnight travel estimated at 20%, with activities occurring via a virtual central business office (CBO). Location: Nashville, Indianapolis or ChicagoEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
