Debug and test developed software to minimize the cost of errors
Mentor junior developers

Qualifications:
4
years of work experience as a software developer and/or designer
4 or more years of Java experience in application design, software development and maintenance
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience with open source frameworks
Experience with integrated Development Environments, such as Eclipse or NetBeans
