Medical Customer Service Representative:
This industry leading physician services firm seeks three excellent communicators to handle telephone based communications with clinics, physician groups, and solo practitioners, both inbound and outbound (8-10 outbound calls per day average). Position involves contacts with primarily doctors' office managers in discussion of services as well as support of existing services via telephone. Will document calls in an Excel spreadsheet system log. In addition, will be responsible for relationship management and customer retention. Qualified candidates will have the ability to handle multiple tasks, communicate effectively with various levels of customer contacts, and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Previous experience in medical or healthcare environment necessary.
This is a Temp to Hire (NOT Temp). Need to be able to start working within 3 days of completing assignment.
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: Nashville, TN
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
Benefits: PPO health insurance, holiday, vacation and sick pay.
