Staff Accountant:
Will prepare income statements, balance sheet and statement of cash flows; prepare, review and approve month end journal entries and accruals; perform G/L account reconciliation; reconcile daily customer payments, prepare and approve vendor voucher coding. Also, will prepare wire transfers, maintain vendor W-9 files, and generated vendor 1099 forms annually. In payroll, will prepare payroll data sheets, enter monthly payroll related cost and accruals into the system. Prior experience with SAP Software a plus.

Compensation: $60,000 - 70,000 per year
