A progressive Nashville-based company near the Nashville airport seeks two experienced customer service representative for professional capacity managing day-to-day delivery of telephone based service to growing customer base.
These are Temp to Hire positions (NOT Temp).
Position involves taking telephone-based orders, keying into computer system, and fulfillment and coordination of customer requests. In addition, this person will be responsible for relationship management. Qualified candidates will have the ability to handle multiple challenges, communicate effectively with various levels of customer contacts, and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
