New Business Case Manager

Provide administrative support to underwriters through case review/quality check, and ordering and following up on outstanding requirements. Including in this process are:
1. Quality check all front end review and analysis on each ease.
2. Follow up on all outstanding requirements and provide appropriate documentation in AWD,
Cyberlife and Vantage.
3. Provide decisions or pertinent information to BGA''s on a proactive basis
4. Collect information from BGA''s and vendors necessary to complete the underwriting process.
5. Locate lab work and other medical information done for other companies.
6. Handle vendor emails for APS follow up.
7. Premium management follow up on pending and delivery requirements.
8. Returning applications when alerted by licensing that agent should not have solicited
application.
9. Follow up on cases with other outstanding, closing out cases when necessary.
10. Close out conditionally issued cases when it has b been determined that delivery requirements
will not be obtained.
11. Issue cases/place in force when all requirements are satisfied.
12. Cash processing.
Make Outbound phone calls or emails to BGA offices.
All other duties as assigned/shared responsibilities. The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
1. High school graduate or equivalent (GED). Up to two years of specialized trade, technical
school or college.
2. One to three years job related experience.
3. Has proven leadership skills and positive attitude, capacity to make sound and effective
decisions while demonstrating a high energy level, positive attitude and the ability to tailor
phone demeanor in difficult situations.
4. Superior written and verbal communications skills.
5. Strong understanding of underwriting, New Business and Producer Services Department
work flow.
6. Must be proactive in servicing the customer and providing top level of service needed to
exceed their expectations.
7. Effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Good PC skills and systems proficiency (Cyberlife, Vantage, Excel, MS Word, etc.) American International Group, Inc. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
