The Certificate Center Employee Liaison is responsible for training and sharing certificate processes with employees of the Certificate Center. This position acts as a SME to provide assistance to the Certificate Center associates. On an ongoing basis, this position will also be involved in further development of WINS/Epic and its impact on certificates; further ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of Client certificates.
Cert Center Associate Training (Epic/WINS Certificates)
Deliver training plan provided by Supervisor to Certificate Center Employees.
Maintain and provide training material to Certificate Center Associates
Provide initial and ongoing support to both Certificate Center associates (Nashville & Mumbai) to ensure consistency and success of certificate/auto Id process.
Provide feedback to Supervisors as pertains to Associates performance during training and/or 1:1 sessions.
Work closely with Certificate Center Office Liaison and WINS Defect Manager
Participate in system testing of WINS/EPIC releases and enhancements
Provide processing and quality control of certificates and auto Id cards.
Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime as needed with restricted vacations and holidays to ensure customer service needs are met or exceeded.
Minimum of two (2) years of related experience including experience working with Client Management Teams and Operations
Broad knowledge of Certificate Center systems, services and processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized
Displays high level of emotional intelligence
Results oriented
High energy/positive attitude/enthusiastic/creative/able to deal with ambiguity
Must be able to effectively utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other project management software

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
