Job Description
SUMMARY Responsible for checking of all products shipped to ensure correct amounts and code dates are being shipped properly.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities: all matters listed herein are considered to be essential job functions. There may be other job functions which are essential, but are not listed below. Also, Dairy Fresh, L.L.C. may revise this description at any time deemed necessary.
Assign to selector to pull orders from load out sheets, load to be loaded on trailer in sequential order as per drop
Reviews available products by code date both visibly and on inventory sheet to assure proper rotation of product.
Insure all by-products for loading is assemble in staging area, to insure proper code dates and rotation.
Physically checks all products on conveyor or staging areas for proper codes, labels, short fills, missing cartons, leakers. Make's necessary adjustments to loads as required.
Directs the movement of trailers throughout the load out period in order to assure an even workload for selectors and order pullers.
Prepares any necessary add/cut sheet for oncoming shift.
Perform any other assigned tasks.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Must have the ability to write simple correspondence and complete manufacturing documentation completely. Ability to effectively present information to other employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY To apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must be able to possess and maintain a valid forklift license issued by the company.

The candidate must pass a company pre-employment physical and drug screen prior to commencing work.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands and stretch and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and smell. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. Must have full range of body motion.
WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and /or humid conditions and risk of electrical shock. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions, and extreme cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
The employee will be required to use all personal protective equipment provided by the company in compliance with OSHA regulations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
