The Field Sales Account Executive, Healthcare is responsible for quarterly budget targets within a predefined territory for Insight''s growing Healthcare Vertical. This individual will work closely with Insight''s sales specialists and partner community to craft solutions that meet today and tomorrow''s Healthcare IT''s demands. Aside from building relationships with Healthcare IT executives and specialists in the provider marketplace, our Field Sales Account Executive will position complex solutions like storage, virtualization, security, data center, networking to address Healthcare IT''s Big Data, compliance, data protection and cloud computing concerns. The Field Account Executive is the quarterback for Insight''s Specialty Sales and Service teams and partner teams and ensures our solutions provide both a financial and clinical return for Insight''s Healthcare customers. The role also serves as an ambassador for Insight Healthcare in the Healthcare IT industry and will take responsibility for brand awareness in the territory.

Essential Functions of the Job:
oAcquisition focuses through Identification, qualification and closure of net new healthcare accounts in assigned territory.
oManage a book a business in current Insight Healthcare accounts and upsell Insight Specialty sales solutions and service sales solutions. Ensure a high level of customer service is being met.
oResponsible for multiple accounts in a large to medium territory including managing total sales and customer satisfaction.
oExhibit Insight Healthcare and Partner Healthcare knowledge by selling company as a solution to business needs.
oFocus on datacenter technologies (networking, server, storage, and security) and professional services. Focus on big ticket hardware, software, and service solutions.
oEstablish Insight''s Healthcare presence in region by attending Healthcare IT forums and networking events.
oUtilize and communicate proven sales methods to develop and pursue an overall account plan to maximize opportunities and leverage Insight''s integrated solution offerings within key accounts.
oEffectively communicate and present to all executive levels of an organization Insight''s complete value proposition.
oWork with sales leadership to lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making process, and overcome objections to capture new business opportunities.
oLeveraging a team approach and through the use of Insight internal sales teams, support teams, product marketing, specialists, and service teams, the Field AE should progress sales campaigns in a timely manner.
oInvest in self education on trends, topics, community networks, and technology initiatives relevant to Healthcare IT and Healthcare.
oTransition Service issues to sales discussions.
oResponsible for developing relationships with field partners in the channel to work on leads and opportunities (both from Insight and partners).
oGain commitment from key influencers and executives to demonstrate a business partnership with company.
oParticipates in significant company and partner events and seminars.
oLeverage resources to provide added value to corporate customers in order to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
oInsight is a sales progressive organization thus submits accurate and timely forecasts that are aligned with assigned sales quotas.
oInform and educate partners on Insight''s value proposition in Healthcare. Develop relationships in the Healthcare supply chain.
oWork with internal resources to facilitate all communications/order processing and reporting for all current and future accounts.
oProactively advise and introduce new solutions to solve client''s business needs. Keep on top of Industry needs.
oAttend Company, vendor, and partner trainings and webinars, as directed.
oAdditional duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor''s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or 5
years professional field selling experience in aggressive cold calling and prospecting environment in high-tech or service related industry. Must have a strong knowledge of IT datacenter (networking, server, storage, and security) products and services. Must have sold solutions and carried multi-million dollar quotas in the past. Must be able to show a proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas. Able to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-level executives. Knowledge of software, hardware, licensing, and peripherals a plus. Healthcare IT sales experience desired but not mandatory. High level of integrity, maturity and ability to communicate in front of a group of similar people.
Experience selling technology to healthcare providers is strongly desired.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Able to read, analyze, and interpret general business/ professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations. Able to write reports and/or business correspondence - must have excellent communication skills. Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and other employees. Must be self-driven, motivated and results oriented. Solid problem solving and consultative skills required. Skill in planning, organizing, and managing time across multiple tasks needed. Effective use of PC including Microsoft Office required. Must be able to travel within assigned geographic territory and other locations as assigned. Up to 40% regional travel.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
