Job Description: Position
Summary: The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining customer accounts as well as to increase sales and coordinate sales data with operations personnel.
Essential Functions:
1. Perform all assigned duties safely.
2. Confer with customers and representatives of associated industries to evaluate and promote improved and expanded sales in area.3. Review operations of competing organizations: plan and direct sales program to support or develop new markets.4. Develop new and maintain existing customer accounts.5. Provide customer service and communication.6. Coordinate sales with operations.7. Maintain, review and revise costs.
8. Pass on price adjustments to all customers.
9. Establish and monitor sales reporting as needed.
10. Increase sales for installation and service.
11. Work with management to improve sales and service.
12. Provide analysis and planning to maintain and develop competitive position.
13. Perform or supervise all sales administrative functions.
14. Understand and practice company data processing procedures.
15. Maintain and practice company safety policies and procedures.
16. Maintain customer satisfaction.
17. Assist DCs with training and operations where needed.
18. Assist in the development of a semi-annual 2D and meet all training targets as spelled out in the 2D.
19. Other reasonably related duties as assigned. Other Job Responsibilities and Physical Requirements:
1. Must perform work in non-climate controlled conditions.
2. Moderate travel.
Qualifications of Job:
1. College education or related skills.
2. Two to three years sales experience.
3. Valid driver's license.
4. Clear and effective written and oral communication skills.
5. Organizational, time management and analytical skills.
6. PC/Windows skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
