Leading Nashville accounting consulting firm seeks experienced, organized and talented Office Manager for growing organization. In addition to supervising administrative / receptionist, this person will coordinate all administrative, communication, travel, scheduling, mailings, equipment / supplies, etc.
In support of Managing Partner and key executives, will handle correspondence (need recent mail merge experience), document, spreadsheet and presentation creation (need strong Microsoft Office skills in all 4 applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Will handle prep work for board meetings and plan internal and external events and meetings.

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: Nashville, TN
Background: Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred and 5
years of experience in office management capacity.
Compensation: $23.00 per hour

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
