Job Description
Currently seeking hard-working and dependableData Entry Clerksfor a new upcoming contract.
Position Summary:
Responsible for inputting alpha/numeric data
Proofing work for accuracy and completeness based on internal procedures
Correcting or rejecting errors during visual inspection
Maintaining accurate records for verification
Provide feedback to the supervisor on system issues that could affect he productivity or quality of work
Handling and management confidential information
Performs basic data entry and form processing functions
Performs other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor
Willingness to work overtime when needed
Mostly working in a sedentary position
High school diploma
Strong data entry skills; 30 wpm with 99%25%20data accuracy with completed test score
Previous experience with data entry preferred
High attention to detail; accuracy and ability to work in a high volume atmosphere
Strong verbal and written communication skills
The ability to multi-task and handle high volume mail.
Strong work ethics and confidentiality
Physical Demands
This position is sedentary. It will require observing a computer screen 95%25%20or more of the time. Employees must be able to adequately perform required job functions. This includes being able to lift, bend and move in such a way as to perform job tasks in a safe and approved manner. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, bend and walk for long periods of time and performs physical tasks such as lifting up to fifty (50) pounds.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
