THE OPPORTUNITY
Administrative Specialist
The successful candidate will be responsible for all general office administration functions. This will include accounts payable, collections, reporting and other office responsibilities. They will assist in daily customer service and employee functions, and work closely with the Branch Management in following up on customer service inquiries. The individual will handle all incoming calls dealing with some customers, field employees, and a support center. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert of office administration functions: accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer service functions, incoming telephone calls, following up on customer service inquiries, setting appointments and assist in setting up a daily schedule of activities for Technicians.
Job Requirements :
A thorough understanding of all Microsoft office applications
Good analytical and 10 key calculator skills
Accounts payable/receivable, database management, Collections,
The ability to multi-task and work with diverse levels of management/co-workers,
At least three (3) years office experience in a fast paced environment with interruptions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - professional maturity
The ability to compose and handle written routine correspondence in a professional manner.
Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
The ability to "self-start" and work independently
The ability to pass a background check including a drug screen

Required Skills
Successful candidates will have good communication skills, the ability to learn our business and a strong background in customer service. 10-key proficient. Call Center experience with the ability to work in knowledge databases to quickly respond to customer inquiries is a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
