Job Summary:
The Receptionist's primary role is the key point of contact for our customers both in person and over the telephone. The ideal candidate should have high-energy, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to perform a wide array of administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Front Office Responsibilities:
Professionally respond to a high volume of incoming calls and onsite visitors including contacting appropriate personnel or department.
Operate the switchboard for incoming calls, minimize hold time for callers.
Locates company personnel via paging system to expedite customers.
Assist job applicants with application process.
Responsible for accepting, sorting

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
