About the Opportunity
Assist customers over the phone to resolve technical and operational issues regarding ReadyPoint Systems solutions. Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. Experience with https://www.uservoice.com (or similar) preferred but not required.
Experience and Educational Requirements
Preferred; college degree or related field (an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered)
1-3 years experience in a similar field
Excellent customer service skills; both oral and written
Excellent problem solving skills
Proficient computer skills including common business applications such as MS Windows and MS Office including Excel, Word and Access.
Other Job Functions
Exhibits drive and initiative to learn whatever is necessary to explore new solutions.
Ensures the product team is aware of all technical issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong desire to belong to a successful team.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
