Summary:

The Litigation Support Analyst will oversee and coordinate the administration, support and maintenance of the eDiscovery and Litigation Support Department's computer hardware, software and databases. This position will also require knowledge of network systems and security. The majority of time will be spent overseeing the development, maintenance and support of databases created from both hard copy and electronic documents as well as providing technical support for all discovery-related processes and projects, especially coordinating electronic evidence processes.

Job Functions:
Oversee the support, development, and maintenance of eDiscovery & Litigation Support technology systems in addition to conducting user training and providing help desk support on those systems.
Provide technical administration and support of litigation technology software such as: LexisNexis Concordance SummationLG, CaseSoft Suite (CaseMap TimeMap NoteMap), Venio, Clearwell, Relativity, Nuix, Equivio, image viewers (i.e. IPRO View, Opticon), LexisNexis FYI Reviewer, LAW, MS Access, MS Excel. Utilize light scripting skills in MS Access and Concordance CPLs.
Oversee all database administrative functions associated with implementation of an application such as: design and creation of databases, reports, and queries; application data loads and images on network and remotely through replication; porting/exporting data from a variety of formats; application conversions; quality control of databases; application training and support.
Implement and oversee trial (arbitration & mediation) technology plans and procedures. This includes: coordinating case requirements between case personnel, IT department and external resources; procuring software and hardware; coordinating technology resources for set-up and support; support of the firm's Trial Presentation System (i.e. Sanction, Trial Director) and litigation databases.
Coordinate Electronic Evidence projects. Work with 3rd party ESI vendors to coordinate ESI requirements and budgets, processing, review and production.
Utilize electronic evidence processing software such as LAW and IPRO modules.
Work with a variety of 3rd party internet and Citrix-based ASP systems for document repositories, on-line document reviews, including electronic discovery.
Manage litigation technology software, hardware, and system R&D including: testing and implementation of cloud-based ASPs, Extranets, and repositories to support cases; analyzing and assisting in software and hardware testing; overseeing integration of practice technology software.
Coordinate system security for litigation support technology applications.
Maintain and provide upkeep of technical notes, project documentation, application and media inventory, and project tracking.
Oversee litigation support's User Support function and knowledge-based database.
Liaison between user base and IT department.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in litigation/practice support or legal industry.
Bachelor's degree is preferred, however a combination of relevant experience with an Associate's degree or relevant technical certification(s) may be considered.
Experience with ESI and electronic discovery a must.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills are required.
Must be extremely detail oriented, organized, methodical and have great follow-through skills.
Must have the ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines with the ability to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must be available to work overtime, including evening and weekends and holidays as needed.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
