Responsibilities/job duties:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
greeting and distribution of tour guests.
notification of tours to sales associates.
accurate validation of guest informaiton.
able to handle confidential proprietary information.
answer telephone and guests questions in a professional manner.
accurate input of tour information into CRS, and other assigned tasks.
## Qualifications
Software Skills:
MS Office, Excel, Word a plus
Minimum qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
Administrative Experience
Customer Service Experience
Knowledge of CRS a plus
Personal Skills:
Strong customer service skills a must. Self-motivated. Able to take on multiple tasks and accomplish them in a timely manner. Must work well under pressure and with others.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
