Client Services Specialist- Employee Benefits

The Client Service Specialist performs day-to-day service for Willis employee benefits clients. This client-facing position leverages established competencies and advanced knowledge expertise related to Human Capital Consulting practices to best service clients. Duties include but are not limited to: being responsible for servicing assigned book of business with guidance of the Team Leader and accountable for retaining existing accounts and regular contact with clients; understanding client's business, goals, and expectations with regard to account service; delivering the Willis best in class tools and resources and uncovering rounding opportunities for employee benefits.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client services/consulting role within the Employee Benefits, Human Capital Consulting industry ideally with an insurance broker or carrier.
Licenses as required by state law must be obtained within 60 days of employment.
Industry designations (CEBS, NAHU) preferred.
Must possess in depth knowledge of the insurance industry, products, services and processes.
Exceptional relationship building, client service, project management, communications and presentation skills required.
Finely honed organization, time management, analysis, problem solving, decision making, negotiation and influencing skills needed.
Advanced competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint a must have.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
