This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to bring their Technical experience to a client-facing role with an organization that continues to rapidly expand globally. This is a technical role that requires the configuration of interoperability tools during field deployment.
Essential functions
Install and configure software components to provide an effective solution to the client.
Liaise with and provide support to the client during the implementation. Facilitate knowledge transfer to the client.
Apply knowledge and experience to the diagnosis and solving of technical problems and issues.
Work with Project Management and project teams to ensure the solution is delivered on time and meets or exceeds customer requirements.
Ability to work under pressure to meet defined deadlines
The person we are looking for will have the following minimum
Qualifications:
Minimum two years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions
Experience with computer languages, similar to JavaScript, Java, and/or J2EE
Understanding of Internet application and networking protocols, including TCP, UDP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, SSH, etc
Working knowledge of relational databases, specifically Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server, including querying and optimizing
Experience implementing multi-component integrated solutions across a multi-tiered environment
Experience using system to system messaging including structured messaging and message queuing
General knowledge of server operating systems (Redhat Enterprise Linux and Windows), clustering, load balancing, and issue/defect tracking too
Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues
Healthcare and HL7 experience is desirable.
