Our professional services are highly sought after in todays marketplace (Agile Software Development, Project Management, Business Analysis, and Leadership Skills). We sell these services into some of the hottest sectors of the U.S. economy (Healthcare, IT, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Financial Services, and Government).
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to take control of our major accounts installed base, and to pursue new major account opportunities. You will represent a company with a twenty year track record, with master service agreements in place with major IT, Healthcare, Finance, Manufacturing, and government customers. You will manage these accounts as you pursue new opportunities, selling solutions from The Outset Group and our strategic partners.

Requirements:
5 years of sales experience, selling professional services (training, consulting, staffing)
5 years of Business to Business Account Management experience
5 years of experience in a technical field such as IT, manufacturing, science, engineering, or high tech
B.A. degree required, advanced degree a plus
Certification in PM, BA, Agile, or Training a plus
Background in healthcare is desired but not required
Knowledgeable and contacts in the Nashville business community a plus
Knowledgeable about current trends in project management, Agile, business analysis, and leadership
Must be a highly motivated self-starter
Solid prospecting and account development abilities
Experience developing, cultivating and managing sales territory
Communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be a positive force who takes a win-win approach to all people and situations
Must be highly skilled at transforming customer inquiries and discovery into concrete sales opportunities
Must be able to add value to our customers via questions, insights, and solutions, and be viewed by senior executives as a resource rather than a sales rep

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
