Systems Analyst

Brooksource in Nashville is seeking a skilled Systems Analyst focused around the implementation and support of the Sterling Order Management System application. The analyst will be responsible for providing functional and technical expertise and direction, which will be derived from their practical, working knowledge and implementation experience using current Sterling OMS software. The OMS analyst will play a key role in the initial implementation as well as ongoing maintenance and support of the OMS application environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Build and implement new features and functions of OMS application as well as maintain, support, and upgrade existing functionality.
Balance the business strategy with the application strategy, including implementing rapid changes to meet changing business and marketing needs
Ensure the OMS implementations meet the required scalability and reliability required for the client's eCommerce operations (such as Direct to Consumer, Omni-channel, Fulfillment, etc.)
Assist in analyzing and troubleshooting Sterling eCommerce product performance or deployment issues when required.
Handle integration challenges between Sterling and other applications.
Responsible for project delivery by managing and guiding the project team and effectively integrating with internal customers. Also, develop functional and technical documentation as required.
4+ years of experience in providing Sterling OMS architecture solutions and application management
Must have strong foundation knowledge of Sterling OMS System components, API's, and related interfaces
Proven track record of successful system and project implementations
Experience in the following: Oracle Applications, AIX and Windows SQL Server
Experience in retail environment preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
