Responsibilities:
This person will be responsible for sourcing, screening, hiring, and retaining high level technical professionals. The recruiting position is an integral part of a cohesive team geared toward systematically screening potential contract, contract to hire, and full time candidates for a national client base.
The recruiting position offers an opportunity to execute a variety of recruiting strategies designed to identify, screen, and manage mutually beneficial relationships with industry experts
This person will also be expected to negotiate compensation packages, gain commitment from candidates for project assignments and overall partner with technical candidates to achieve their career goals through assisting our client base.

Experience:
Experience working in a fast paced, sales driven environment.
Prior HealthcareIT experience a plus but not required.
Applicants must have a strong desire to work with people, communicate with various levels of technical professionals, and possess a strong will to succeed in a competitive, entrepreneurial environment.
Must have strong customer service skills, ability to multi-task and maintain professionalism and patience with diverse personality types.
