Assignment Capsule
Humana is seeking a behavior change expert, who can serve in a Wellness thought leadership role. This person will have responsibility for shaping our behavior change strategies to ensure increased engagement and sustainable results. The role will serve as a behavior change expert both within the marketplace as well as serving in a consultative role within the Humana organization.
Accountable for analyzing wellness products and services and designing Wellness' behavior change framework(s) as well as KPIs to track quality and effectiveness
Apply and translate behavioral research and theory to achieve and support engagement and individual behavior change
Remains a breast of next practices in behavior change research and theory
Serving in a consultative role, collaborates to innovate next practice behavior change models and measure results
Collaborates across the enterprise to ensure member experiences are infused with behavior change practices
Serves in athought leadership role externally and internally, representing Humana Wellness. Duties may include education, speaking engagements, white paper development, by-line articles, etc.
Drive closure on consumer experience gaps and opportunities. Identifies and defines on-going enhancements to maximize results.

## Qualifications
Role Essentials
PhD in psychology or other behavioral based disciplines
5+ years of proven success in application of behavior change theory
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously; think strategically and execute methodically
Track record in working in a fast-paced environment and delivering to market successful products
Ability to continuously innovate with a relentless customer focus.
Ability to partner with teams to influence development of new products, features, andfunctionalities.
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet or beat product deadlines and ensure high quality deliverables.
Strong networking and communications skills required
Strong executive presence and successful speaker
High sense of accountability and follow-through

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
