Marketing Coordinator
Connico, a construction consulting firm specializing in program management, cost estimating, scheduling and project management, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Nashville, TN. Working in a highly collaborative environment, this position combines the traditional marketing coordination role with market research and information management. The ideal candidate will have experience in the preparation of traditional qualifications packages and proposals, as well as Prime proposal submissions for transportation and building projects.
Proposal Support:
o Prepare proposal responses, including completion of appropriate forms and other specialized documents (SF 330, etc.).
o Work with technical staff to ensure proposal response is on-point and appropriately worded.
o Manage the preparation of submission packages, tailored resumes, responses and presentations for selected RFQs and RFPs.
Market Research and Information Management:
o Develop, maintain and update information in databases and information used in marketing materials.
o Research upcoming professional conferences, award submittal dates and other activities and help to maintain a calendar of this information.
o Gather information for upcoming projects and tracking leads.
o Work with leadership to proactively develop promotional opportunities and collateral material development.
o Maintain and update company website
Qualifications:
o Must have excellent communication, strong writing and organizational skills.
o At least 5
years' experience in marketing/business development in the A/E/C services industry.
o Must have bachelor's degree, preferably with an emphasis in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related technical discipline.
o Must be experienced in the following computer applications: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe suite
o Must be confident, self-motivated, highly independent, and proactive, with proven ability to juggle and respond to multiple deadlines under pressure.
