Roofing Field Supervisor

Immediately hiring a FULL-TIME ROOFING FIELD SUPERVISOR to directly manage daily operations in the NASHVILLE, TN AREA.
The full benefit package will include an above average salary with bonus opportunity, expense reimbursement, and a company vehicle or mileage reimbursement provided. Some travel may be necessary. This position reports directly to the area manager and collaborates with field supervisors to coordinate roofing manpower and ensure efficient operations in order to obtain the highest profitability.
Field supervisors work with both sales and operations teams and act as a conduit for information, as well as resolve any concerns or work discrepancies.
The ability to clearly communicate and an attention to safe work practices is essential as this position also completes both new hire orientation and safety training programs.
Project management experience with a high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is essential to success. - Prior management experience preferred
- Knowledgeable in roofing products and application methods
- Proficient in utilizing technology to complete daily tasks
- Ability to work weekends, occasional holidays, and completes some overnight travel, as necessary
- MUST pass pre-employment screenings

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
