General grounds person wanted for beautiful Nashville Apartment Property
Should be hardworking, self starter for maintaining grounds of a large apartment property
Duties include blowing down the corridors and breezeways, daily maintenance of the swimming pool,
daily pick up debris and litter from the grounds, keeping dumpster refuse area clean and sanitary, maintaining other
common areas including the fitness center and common restrooms, trash out vacated units and assist other personnel on
the property as necessary. Steady work. 7am to 3pm Starting pay $12/hour 40 hours. Pay raise and health benefits for
right individual Jan1 2016. references req.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
