World-class international, durable consumer goods manufacturer has need for 2 experienced Maintenance Supervisors in their Nashville facility. Company offers a various career paths for their employees. Plenty of room to advance your career.
There will be plenty of OT available associated with both of these positions. In addition to OT there is a 10% monthly bonus for working shift differentials.($450-550 per month)
After training and orientation you will work a 2-2-3 shift on nights.
Shifts are 12 hours long so night shift is from 6PM to 6AM. Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, off 2 days.

As for the OT, they would receive time and a half after they have worked 14 hours in a day. Before OT can apply they have to have worked 40 hours that week.

You will be responsible for your team and will be hands-on in trouble shooting various issues in a fast paced UNION environment. This particular plant is one of several located around the world that is a state-of-the art facility.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Provide direction and guidance to teammates with regard to electrical, electronic (PLC) ,and mechanical troubleshooting, PM and other mechanical projects.
Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
Actively involved in the recruitment, selection, performance management and development (mentoring) of your teammates.
perform administrative functions associated with the position.
CANDIDATE PROFILE;
AS degree with 2
years in Industrial mechanical maintenance, industrial electrical maintenance or industrial maintenance SUPERVISION
OR as alternate
6
years overall maintenance experience with at least two being in INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT role.
COMPANY PERFORMS THOROUGH BACKGROUND CHECKS ALONG WITH DRUG TESTING.
Must have valid driver's licenseEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
