ABOUT THE JOB
The Recruiter position requires an extremely energetic, professional multi-tasker who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. The Recruiter must be able to work at a very fast pace to keep our growing business staffed through various recruiting methods. The successful candidate MUST HAVE strong customer service and data entry skills.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Placing ads on various web sites/job boards as well as in various print publications
Constantly looking for new ways to attract new applicants
Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews
Coordinating the transition of phone screen candidates to determining if they will move on to the face to face interview
Tracking applicants/candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure communication stays active between all parties
Maintaining positive business relationships with all team-members within the Company,
Monitoring staffing levels and plan job fairs as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of aggressive recruiting experience with proven results in a multi-site environment
Being bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish (verbal & written) is a PLUS
Experience with various methods for sourcing candidates
Positive and upbeat attitude; must love new challenges and even last minute orders
Ability to flourish in a fast paced work environment
Strong organizational skills; must be able to handle multiple projects/hiring initiatives
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of all employment related State and Federal regulations.
Must be detailed oriented and good communication skills.
Prior Construction Experience or Recruiting is a must.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
