Position
Summary:
This entry level Logistics Analyst supports activities relating to freight budgeting, accounting, and reporting.
The Logistics Analyst will provide value to multiple business units for the analysis and reporting of all freight expenses which are allocated to multiple Bridgestone business units and factored in the cost of goods sold.
This position will have on-going interaction with other areas of logistics supply chain management, accounting, finance, accounts payable, sales, and our external freight payment vendors.
Responsibilities:
Report query and data analysis of freight expenses associated to BATO raw material, intercompany, and customer shipments.
Managing data input requirements and oversight of SAP Business Warehouse application for accurate expense reporting of monthly freight expenses.
Preparation and distribution of freight expense reports to Bridgestone business units and accounting that are used to allocate freight expenses accurately across sales and business divisions.
Work with 3rd party freight payment vendor to capture processed freight transactions and resolve pending transactions that are used to facilitate freight expense reporting and allocation.
Work with all Bridgestone business units and management to gather required sales forecast and supply strategies to formulate transportation budgets for 2 cycles each year and 5 year mid term plans.

degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related Business fieldInternship or similar experience in logistics, transportation or related field is preferredProficient in MS Office particularly Excel and AccessAbility to analyze large data setsStrong analytical skillsStrong communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
