Job Responsibilities

As a Project Manager you will manage our smaller to larger projects. You will be responsible for fulfilling the administrative duties of projects including, providing field oversight and assistance, oversight of detailing & shop fabrication. Marketing the company and creating a customized schedule.

Other responsibilities of the Project Management role include:
Qualifying and contracting subcontractors to bid specific trade items
Project budget management
Development and management of all project documentation
Monthly Reconciliation reporting to senior management

Job Requirements
As a Project Manager you must be a very dedicated professional leader who takes ownership of your responsibilities and goes over and beyond to exceed goals for customer satisfaction. Qualified candidates are able to influence others, lead others and create a team-oriented environment. You must be able to manage multiple projects while being innovative and creative in challenging situations.

Other requirements of the Project Management role include:
We would prefer Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in construction management or related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
5 years of experience in construction management
Excellent computer skills, including MS-Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities
Strong analytic skills in evaluating situations

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
