Position
Summary:
This position will be the primary point of contact between Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations, Consumer Replacement Sales and ASA Automotive Systems to establish and coordinate Sales & Marketing initiatives to promote, educate and market CornerStone powered by ASA for BACR's network of independent tire dealers.
Position will be responsible for the management of ASA dedicated resources and agency partners.
This role will also be responsible for supporting other Education initiatives as needed.
Responsibilities:
Develop Marketing, Education & Communication Strategy for the CornerStone Powered by ASA POS program.
Establish joint Marketing efforts between ASA and BATO Consumer Tire Marketing to market CornerStone powered by ASA for Consumer Replacement independent tire dealers.
Assist with development of on-going marketing strategy and support including:
press release(s), advertising, tradeshows, customer testimonials, webinars, and events like the Bridgestone National Sales meeting, ASA Info Expo and SEMA.
Continue advancement of program through development of POS/Interface strategies and growth of number of dealers on program.
Program Education Provide Educational programs and training tools to ensure users are fully aware of all system functionality Assist ASA and participate with the implementation of training sessions using combination of classroom, webinars and eLearning options.
Travel with ASA dedicated trainers conducting onsite dealer visits.
Review ASA materials regarding literature, website and other promotional materials related to CornerStone powered by ASA.
POS Program Administration Establish billing and account reconciliation procedures between Bridgestone & ASA.
Ensure timely and accurate dealer billing.
Ensure accurate and on time monthly budget forecasting.
Maintain dealer software contracts and insure ASA is adhering to their contract commitments to Bridgestone and their dealers.
Assist with annual negotiations of ASA contract.
Resource Management Coordinate with dealer customers, area sales managers and ASA resources scheduling onsite dealer visits.
Manage ASA dedicated developers based on dealer feedback solicited through personal observation, dealer feedback and ASA support.
Coordinate with agencies and internal Bridgestone stake holders to support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
BS/BA in Business, Marketing or related field.
4 years experience in Sales and/or Marketing.
Experience with administering or supporting point of sale business systems.
Strong presentation and communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
