We are searching for candidates with recent work experience in machine operating, including but not limited to brake press, punch press, welding, and finishing experience. We value candidates who consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic and professional demeanor. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions in a fast pace work environment.

Typical Job Duties:

Work in a team environment to achieve the production goals of the company
Maintain equipment and contribute to clean production and warehouse areas
Working with production and fabrication, or manufacturing machinery
Inspect quality of product after production
Read instruction documents and write notes recording activities
Read and follow the Standard Operating Procedures
Promote teamwork and effective production throughout each shift
Consistently be on-site and ready to start on time
Maintain professional work standards
Report to a supervisor or manager

Job Requirements

Preferred 2 years experience working in fabrication or manufacturing environment.
Requires 6 months recent experience in field.
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
High School Diploma or equivalentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
