Property Manager at LC Germantown
Lifestyle Communities seeks to hire a full time Property Manager to join its Property Management team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations at one of its luxury apartment communities.

Essentials job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Leads, manages, directs and develops community leasing and maintenance teams.
Manages the customer experience.
Manages general leasing and renewal activities and oversees rent collection.
Ensures community operates within approved budget.
Ensures property maintenance meets Company quality standards at all times.
Ensures team completes work in accordance to all required compliance standards and applicable regulations.
Manages other projects as needed.
Candidates must have at least two (2) years of experience managing operations and directly supervising staff in a hospitality, retail, customer service and/or property management environment. A bachelor's degree preferred, high school degree or equivalent is required. Strong leadership aptitude required. Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic environment necessary. Outstanding customer service skills required. Strong communication and conflict management resolution skills are necessary. Ability to quickly learn property management software is essential.
