This customer service for candidates removes technical barriers in the hiring process, relieving local HR teams from providing Tier 1 applicant support, standardizes candidate messaging, and collects actionable data on candidate issues.
Program Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage issues and escalation paths of High Volume Hiring for 700k
North America Tier 1 candidates Work with global sites to manage over 1 million contacts per year of candidate issues and inquiries Reduce manual hours of labor with process improvements and deep dives of top contact drivers Act as Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and High Volume Hiring (HVH) process subject matter expertThe ideal candidate is a self-starter comfortable with a high level of ambiguity who is able to complete projects independently without a lot of direct supervision.
They will own projects from initial conception to completion with a high level of detail and organization while working cross-functionally with multiple business partners.
They thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
They have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the proven ability to build relationships quickly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and make and implement decisions.
This person must also have the ability to flex from one focus to another depending on candidate, team, or business need, and successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a complex, fast-paced environment.
