We are open to this role being located in Bellevue, Minneapolis, or Nashville.
We are seeking a talented and seasoned user experience designer to join the Amazon WorkingWell (WW) Technology team.
As a Senior UX Designer, you should be at ease creating scenarios, sketches, story boards, wire-frames, and prototypes.
You will work on great design challenges across the WW Technology team, and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of product managers, program managers and software engineers.
This role is a think big opportunity for a designer to use their design skills and rapid prototyping to not only solve known customer needs, but uncover new opportunities (gathering data to validate your recommendations) along the way.
You will be presenting work to stakeholders and the design community within WW Technologies as well the broader Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) organization.

Responsibilities:
Use business requirements, usability findings and market research to develop scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements Design conceptual wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, information architecture diagrams, interaction specifications, and functional prototypes Develop and nurture relationships across teams and disciplines to promote collaboration and efficiency Present design work to the user experience team and product team for review and feedback Quickly iterate on multiple design explorations to arrive at a simple but robust solution accounting for complex requirements Proactively manage your own work queue, time and expectations, meet deadlines and communicate needs and tradeoffs if your schedule is in jeopardy Manage ambiguity, work independently and collaboratively within a team, and switch rapidly between different projects in an agile environment Understand target user through user research and drive toward more collecting more data when needed.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
