Change and Communications PM

We are looking for a Program Manager to support this rapid growth and change through content, change management, and communications.
This role will work with DLS program managers and leadership to design effective communication strategies for new initiatives and program changes.
The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
This person will have a passion for earning trust and building relationships across all levels, and are detail-focused while creative about ways to drive engagement.
You must be a strong communicator with program management skills and experience.
You must be comfortable taking the initiative to solve problems, operating at a global scale and working across teams in a fast-moving environment.

Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for developing and executing a global employee communications strategy.
This role will work with Sr.
Management to develop and communicate a shared vision and set an overall tone for the organization.
Design, develop and implement standards for communications Work with Legal, Compliance, Learning Teams, Program Managers and Operations to ensure appropriate depiction of programs on Internal Employee communication platforms such as Inside Amazon and The Hub.
Define and drive measurable change and communication initiatives that result in the prioritization, planning, and operation of critical activities.
Partner with design and development Program Managers to successfully communicate launches of new services, systems, and enhancements.
Goal/objectives tracking - work with managers and stakeholders to ensure we are on track for our goals and objectives.
Ability to travel as appropriate.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
