Sr. Delivery Service Partner Payments Lead /French Canadian Language

The AMZL (Amazon Logistics) Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Payments Team works with DSP Account Managers, Business Coaches, Onboarding teams, Finance, and stations frequently to support the relationship between AMZL and our DSPs.
We are responsible to ensure accurate and on-time payments to DSPs.
Overall responsibilities will include the following functions:
-Own and execute daily / weekly / monthly tasks by following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
-Assisting with incoming communications from Delivery Service Providers and taking action based on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)-Track and report on projects-Independently assess all aspects of team work performance and provide feedback-Review and update SOPs as required-Prioritize while balancing multiple tasks-This role involves working different shifts with the potential of overtime.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
