The OpsTech IT Learning and Development (L&D) team is looking for an Instructional Designer (ID) to help develop our career strategy and staged learning content.
The L&D team supports the training and development of all OpsTech IT roles, from entry level IT Support Associates to Senior Managers.
The ID will use job skill analysis information to create strategy and training solutions including instructor-led, just-in-time learning, e-learning, and multimedia content solutions.
The ID will address our most critical skill gap needs as well as define and create content/media standards for L&D.
Responsibilities Create evaluation strategies that measure business impact of successful knowledge transfer.
Manage multiple complex development projects simultaneously.
Deliver scalable solutions that help us serve a global customer base.
Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts to define learning objectives.
Devise and project manage training and communication plans, including timelines, scoping, and relationships subject-matter-experts, technical project leads and external vendors.
Perform project intakes, training needs analyses, and evaluations of existing documentation to identify the most appropriate content and training method to meet the demands of the learning objectives and audiences.
Plan and write content for training programs using agile instructional design and distribution methods (online, classroom, or blended) that best suit the content.
This may include storyboards, video/audio scripts, and recording/editing content.
Contribute to the improvement of processes and templates to minimize development time for new training materials.
Design and develop instructional materials such as job aids, toolkits, activity worksheets, and facilitator and participant guides for instructor-led training.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
