The Asset Manager candidate will be a critical member of the Worldwide Operations Real Estate team and will support fulfillment locations within North America operations.
The Asset Manager will implement Amazon and industry best practices around lease compliance of existing and incoming properties with significant focus on building and maintaining landlord relationships.
This candidate will utilize real estate industry best practices and excellent problem solving skills with diverse stakeholder groups.
The candidate will function at a high level within an incredibly fast-paced and unstructured work environment.
Domestic travel as needed for site visits, landlord meetings, building functionality and/or lease audits.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
